This package of 3 courses includes all the recordings from the Intro and Level 1 Biodynamic Cardiovascular Trainings plus an Advanced course on Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy for the upper abdomen.  This package will include all of the class handouts and elaborate descriptions of each hand position, both indications and contra indications.
